ABOUT YOUR COACH
Recalibrated S&C's Sports Performance program is lead by the owner and head coach, Trent Luecke. Coach Trent, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Power Athlete Block One Coach, has been coaching for 7 years and has a deep passion for enabling the youth athletes of Baton Rouge to be as successful as possible. Trent's passion for a slow and steady approach to building athleticism has allowed him to make a meaningful impact on any athlete that walks through our doors!

Increased Speed and Acceleration
Contests are either won or lost in the first step. We want your athletes to be on the winning side. Attendees will come out faster and quicker than ever.
Injury Prevention
We want your athletes to be able to do the things they love for as long as possible. Our methods of strength training and flexibility allow athletes to be resilient.

At the end of the day, we want to play the long game for your athletes. We are trying to lay the FOUNDATION that will propel them to heights they never though possible in the future.
JUNIOR VARSITY
Going in to grades 5-8
Meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9-10AM
This program is designed for our younger athletes. The more general demands of this group require activities that develop the foundation of speed, strength, and athleticism. We will focus on running technique, change-of direction drills, and injury prevention.

Blocks 1 & 2: $300
VARSITY
Going in to grades 9-12
Meets Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri at 10-11:15AM
Our high school athletes will be put through an intensive program that will combine formal weight room training with speed and agility drills to fully enhance their athletic potential. This program will provide any athlete the foundation upon which they can go into their respective sport and have the upper hand.
